Who we are

Octarine Studio is a 3D architectural visualization studio based at 206, Runwal Heights, LBS Marg, near Nirmal Lifestyle Rd, Mulund West, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400080. For any question about this policy, write to info@octarinestudio.com.

What we collect

  • Enquiries. When you use the contact form we receive the name, email, phone, company and message you type. Nothing else is taken from that page.
  • Project material. Drawings, CAD files, plans, photographs and briefs you send us in order to quote or produce work.
  • Server logs. Our host records standard request data such as IP address, browser and page requested. We do not combine this with enquiry data.

What we do not do

  • We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. This site sets no cookies of its own and runs no analytics or third-party scripts.
  • We do not sell, rent or trade your information.
  • We do not send marketing email unless you have asked us to.

Your project files

Drawings and briefs are used only to quote and produce your project. They are not shared outside the studio, not used to train anything, and not published as portfolio work without your written permission. If your project is confidential, tell us and it stays off this site permanently. We are happy to sign an NDA before you send anything.

How long we keep things

Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months so we can pick up a conversation you started. Project files are kept for the duration of the engagement and up to 3 years afterwards, so we can reissue deliverables you have lost. Ask us to delete either sooner and we will.

Your rights

You may ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email info@octarinestudio.com and we will respond within 30 days. If you are in the EU or UK, the same applies under GDPR; if you are in India, under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

Security

Enquiries are stored on our host and emailed to us. No system is perfect, and we will tell you promptly if we ever become aware of a breach affecting your information.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
