Quotes and scope
Every quote lists the frames, resolutions and deliverables it covers, and holds for 30 days. Work outside that list — extra frames, new camera angles, design changes after approval — is quoted separately before it starts.
What we need from you
Accurate drawings, plans and elevations, plus material and finish references. Delays or changes to the information you supply move the delivery date accordingly. We will tell you when that happens rather than quietly slipping.
Revisions
Two structured rounds are included: one at the clay or white-model stage where changes are inexpensive, and one after lighting and materials. Changes requested after final approval, or changes to the design itself, are billed separately at the rate in your quote.
Timelines
Indicative timelines are given in the quote and start from the date we have a complete brief and the advance payment. Rush schedules are possible and may carry a premium; ask before we begin, not afterwards.
Payment
Unless agreed otherwise, an advance is payable before work starts and the balance before final files are released. Invoices are due within 15 days. Applicable taxes are added at the prevailing rate.
Ownership and licence
On full payment you receive an unrestricted licence to use the delivered visuals for marketing, sales, approvals and publication in connection with the project they were made for. Our 3D scene files, models and working assets remain ours unless they are bought separately in writing.
Showing the work
We may show completed work in our portfolio and on social media once your project is public. If your project is confidential, or you would simply rather we did not, tell us and we will not — at any point, including after publication.
Accuracy
Visuals are produced from the drawings you supply and are an artistic representation of a design that has not been built. They are not a survey, not a construction document, and not a warranty of the finished building. Where a render would overstate what will actually be delivered, we will say so.
Liability
Our liability in connection with any project is limited to the fees paid for that project. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost sales or profits.
Cancellation
If you cancel, you pay for work completed up to that point and we hand over what exists. Advances covering completed work are not refundable.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Mumbai have jurisdiction.
