On most launches, the majority of bookings come through channel partners. And a channel partner has a portfolio. On any given morning they will pitch the project they can explain fastest, with the fewest questions they cannot answer.

That is the whole game. Not loyalty, not commission structure — ease.

What a partner actually needs

Not a brochure. A brochure is for the buyer. A partner needs the material that lets them run the conversation before the buyer ever reaches your site:

  • A one-page argument. What this project is, who it is for, the three reasons it wins, and the price band. If it does not fit on one page, they will not learn it.
  • Comparison ammunition. Honest positioning against the two or three projects they are also selling in that micro-market. If you do not write this, they will improvise it.
  • An objection sheet. The five questions every buyer asks, with the answers you want given. This single sheet does more for conversion than most advertising budgets.
  • Ready-to-send digital assets. WhatsApp-sized images, a forwardable PDF, a short video, and copy blocks they can paste. Correctly sized, so nothing gets recompressed into mush.
  • Commission and process, in writing. Slab, timeline, registration rules. Ambiguity here quietly kills enthusiasm.

Design for forwarding

Almost everything in a partner kit ends up on WhatsApp. That is the real distribution channel, and it has rules: images get compressed, PDFs get opened on a phone, and anything over about ten megabytes simply does not get sent.

So we design partner assets for the phone first — large type, high contrast, short files, and one message per image. A beautiful A3 spread that becomes illegible after two forwards is not an asset, it is a cost.

Train the kit, do not just ship it

A kit that lands in an inbox gets skimmed once. A kit that is walked through in a forty-minute session, with the objection sheet rehearsed out loud, gets used. Build the launch plan so the kit arrives with a session attached.

The measure

You will know it worked when partners start using your language in their own posts and messages without being asked. That is the point at which your project became the easy one to sell.
